In the 4 days I have been in town I have come here for 3 dinners. Ruby Tuesdays is a chain that is usually my guilty pleasure for the savory shrimp dishes they specialize in, however I was pleasantly surprised to walk in on Monday and find a huge spread of fresh greens at the salad bar. You can add the salad bar option to anything you're having for $2.99 extra. That is amazing! For a pescatarian like myself, fresh greens in the middle of this country can be hard to come by. In a city that has plenty of steakhouses or places serving burgers, pizza, and fried stuff, this is a gold mine! Today, after working a really long day all I could think about was having something fresh to eat for dinner. I came in right before closing and the manager was so friendly and even comped my salad when I told him that was all I wanted! Talk about service with a smile! I felt bad I didn't have any cash on me to tip these guys out for the night, but they were so great I'll be back the next time I'm in town. Thanks to the RT team for making a great week in GF!

A reasonable lunch with nothing special to say about the food. It was okay but nothing inspired us to want to pay a return visit. The jalapeño pretzel burger was cooked to order, but it was so greasy that I went through three napkins. Every bite produced a big gush of juices?oil? Sort of tasty but more work than flavour. The chicken tortilla tomato? Soup was a bit bland The service was friendly so I rounded up the 2 1/2 stars

They have a good happy hour. Nothing here is spectacular, but if you go during happy hour you don't be dissapointed!

Decent corporate food that's better than tgif/Applebee's/shenanigans or whatever. Service was decent but it was a Sunday and pretty empty The New Orleans tilapia and shrimp was pretty good but hella salty

Dirty salad bar plates. Undercooked wings, after asking for well done, were soggy. Salad and cucumbers were questionable at best. Steak comes out looking like a totally different mean than picture.. It was okay, service was above average, however. Food quality and cooking was awful to say the least. Won't be back on my dime. Just had to sign up and while waiting for email, heard main cook come and talk to bartender saying we're ready to go home, jokingly, but serious... Croutons are the only thing worth coming for... Awful beer selection as well..

Probably 1.5 Stars. Typical Ruby Tuesday food; therefore, I do not have much to report there. It is decent quality for the price. Once again, this was the typical Upper Midwest service. I don't know if you can call it bad just more like apathetic. I sat at a booth in the bar area and was served by the bartender. She got everything for which I asked her to get but the big thing is that I had to ask for everything. She did not ask if I wanted the salad bar with my dinner. I would have got it but hey she didn't ask. Also, I believe they are supposed to bring biscuits with your dinner. Never got any never asked if I wanted any. She did ask if I wanted a dessert but I think that is just programmed. Not sure I will go back to this location. Maybe if I sat in the restaurant area instead of the bar they would not have cared that I was not drinking alcohol.

I'm giving this place two stars for the horrible service. Me and my husband are in the area for the week for work and we decided to eat here since it was close to our hotel. First we noticed how extremely rude the hostess was. She had a bad attitude. She didn't say welcome or hi or anything just asked us how many and started walking away towards the table. She just placed our menus on the table and kept on walking. No "enjoy your food" or anything. The restaurant wasn't very full yet we waited over 10 minutes for our waiter. Who also seemed very rude. This seems to be a reoccurring thing here? I guess the people in North Dakota are just depressed with living in such a boring area. Anyways, the food was average for Ruby Tuesdays. The burger was good and so was the salad bar. Very clean. I would have rated this place much higher if it wasn't for the abysmal service. Just very trashy attitudes.

Meh, standard typical chain restaurant. Our server was sweet, but a little slow. It wasn't all that busy when we were here for dinner. The spinach dip is mediocre at best, it kind of trips me out that everyone under the sun constantly walks by the salad bar... I don't even want to think about how many germs are floating around in there... really bad location from an infection control standpoint. Anyhow, the quesadillas were pretty gross, way too much cheese and not much else. To be fair, in general I hate chain restaurants... however, that's what a majority of dining options are in GF. I forced to pick one, I would rather go to Green Mill than here.

We've been here twice since they've opened, once on opening night and again today for lunch. I definitely have more positives than negatives to say. Downside: there was a 20 minute wait, but I guess a lot of people were off work for the holidays maybe? And our waiter was really trying to push sales and seems disappointed we were just there for a simple lunch, which made me uncomfortable. Upsides: clean bathrooms and prompt service. Love the salad bar, it was well stocked and fresh. Lunch specials were fairly priced and tasted great! Also, when I asked for my steamed broccoli with out butter they said no problem! Overall I like the service and food. Will return!

My fiance and I dined here on a Sunday evening at 6pm. Our experience started out okay. The garden bar was delicious, with plenty to choose from and all fresh food. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla and was very disappointed with the quality. The description said "Spicy chicken with grilled peppers, onions and cheese. Grilled hot then topped with our chile-lime sauce." Sounds good right? Wrong... the peppers and onions were not fresh, they looked like a mixture that had been already made and set aside because the flavor didn't taste right and they were soggy. I got one or two small pieces of chicken in each quesadilla and there was no cheese at all. Not to mention the portion size for an entree was very small. Our waiter had too big of a section for a dinner rush on the weekend. We both asked for re-fills and didn't get them until we were already done with our food. He was too busy to properly attend to his tables. He was very polite and professional. On our way out we noticed a lot of people waiting to be seated and a lot of empty tables that had not been cleaned off yet. The garden bar looked completely destroyed. I think having an adequate staff for a weekend dinner rush would have helped as well as a cook that takes pride in their work. I could have made a better quesadilla for myself at home... I go out to eat to get better quality food. If I do come back, it will be for the garden bar and nothing else. I will not come back during a dinner rush.

I was getting take-out from them regularly, but after getting cold ribs and salmon that was a bit fishy it has been a while since I've gone back. For the most part they've done well and I like their biscuits. Better than applebees, but they could improve.
